Player Development
From elite European tours to one-to-one mentoring, scouting, and representation — Next 11 supports players at every stage of their journey.
Every player deserves the right support.
European Tours
Compete against elite European academies and professional club youth teams. Our tours give players real exposure to the highest levels of the game — with fixtures against clubs including Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, AC Milan and more.
Each tour is carefully structured around competitive fixtures, professional training environments, and cultural experiences that broaden a player's perspective on the game.
Gap Year — US Students in the UK
A structured gap year programme for US-based students looking to develop their game in the UK before returning to pursue college soccer. Train full-time, compete in competitive leagues, and return home a better player.
Players benefit from professional coaching, competitive match exposure, and a cultural immersion that sets them apart in the college recruitment process.
Player Development & Mentoring
One-to-one and small group development programmes tailored to each player's position, age, and ambition. Our coaches work with players at every stage — from emerging talent to those on the cusp of a professional or college career.
Mentoring goes beyond the pitch. We support players with mindset, professionalism, and the habits that separate good players from great ones.
Player Evaluation, Analysis & Scouting
Detailed player assessments combining live observation, video analysis, and performance data. We give players and families an honest, expert view of where they stand and what it takes to reach the next level.
Our scouting network spans the US, UK, and Europe — giving players access to opportunities they would not find on their own.
Club & Academy Relationships
Next 11 works directly with clubs and academies to identify, place, and develop talent. Whether you are a club looking to strengthen your squad or a player seeking the right environment, we make the right connections.
Our relationships span youth academies, semi-professional clubs, and college programmes across the US, UK, and Europe.
Player Representation & Management
For players ready to take the step into professional or high-level college soccer, Next 11 offers representation and management services — negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and protecting your interests at every turn.
We act as a trusted partner for players and families navigating the complex world of contracts, transfers, and professional opportunities.
